Screens. The Millennium Development Goals: Educational toolkit for the project Screens. The Millennium Development Goals From A Southern Point of View

This educational guide is part of the project Screens: The Millennium Development Goals from a Southern Point of View, the published components of which (a website and an 80 page publication) lay out a set of “communicative elements”, comprising comic strips and poems, photo-reportage and videos, newspaper articles and summaries of research into issues related to the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) established by the United Nations as a means of eliminating global poverty by 2015. The various components of the Screens project have been produced by African authors, both individually and as part of associations, universities and artistic collectives, and are presented alongside the reports of international organizations that monitor the MDGs.
